The day kicked off with electric vibes as athletes geared up to hit their targets and make their mark. Each match rolled out smoothly, leading to a round of applause for the well-deserved winners. Medals shone bright, and the champions wore their joy with pride. Dr. Amit Bhalla, President of the Organizing Committee, Sh. Kunal, Joint Secretary General(Sports) MYAS, and Mr. Marian Dymalski, Vice President of FISU, graced the event, adding to the spirit of the day. The March Past of 23 nations, capped by the Indian National Anthem, stirred a patriotic vibe. Powerful speeches from the esteemed guests followed, leading into the FISU Anthem and the ceremonial lowering of the FISU flag. Dr. Amit Bhalla handed the flag to the FISU Official, who passed it onto the OC Chinese Taipei, Hong-Dow Lin. With a farewell address from the Hong-Dow Lin, OC Chinese Taipei and an energetic cultural performance by students of Manav Rachna International School, the FISU WUCS 2024 closed in style. The day ended with a sense of pride, accomplishment, and high anticipation for the next chapter of global sportsmanship!
