Cancellation Policy for the World University Championship – Shooting 2024 | New Delhi:

• In the event that the National University Sports Federation (NUSF) cancels their arrival two months prior to the scheduled event dates (I.e 2 October 2024), the Organising Committee will deduct only the bank charges in an international transfer or any other taxes levied on the transaction and refund the entire amount to the NUSF.

• Any partial or complete withdrawal unannounced by an NUSF to the Organising Committee and the Championships Department, or announced less than two weeks prior to the start of the competition and causing extra costs to the Organising Committee, may result in charges at the rate of 80 EUR per night per person.

• In the event of cancellation of the Championship by the Organising Committee due to Force Majeure, all funds will be refunded after deducting the bank charges in an international transfer or any other taxes levied on the transaction.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Organising Committee and the Championships Department.
